We manage Home Warranty contracts as well as service providers. Address all “Handy-Man” type tasks. Work with our extensive base of licensed & insured contractors, to provide competitive quotes and oversee installations and/or repairs. Handle all external billing and payments, and provide a single monthly itemized invoice for all services.
We presently service many of our own properties, (listed elsewhere on this site), and manage dozens of properties in the Central Virginia area. Service area can encompass all of Virginia as required, (travel time billed at standard labor rates).
